The answer is yes, and it’s available now.
This week the Planner API went “live” on our website. So now your computer system can access Gooroo Planner directly, any time, without any human intervention. It sends over a standard dataset, and gets back all the plans and week-by-week profiles for every service in the hospital. So it can drop them right into your business intelligence (BI) dashboards, where everyone can see them and track progress against them.
That means every BI user in your organisation gets the benefit of up-to-date planning and weekly profiles, including demand, capacity, activity and waits, without even having to log into Gooroo. In fact they don’t even need to have heard of Gooroo. It’s all just there.
The Planner API has another trick up its sleeve too: it can automatically update all your Gooroo users with the latest data. Whenever your system calls the API, it can tell it to share the report it creates with a list of recipients, and that report just drops automatically into their Gooroo accounts.
